Updates to Touchpoint Solution Embeds
Released on November 13 2025
Embedded forms now behave more predictably, load personalised content correctly, and provide a smoother donation flow with improved reliability for a better donation and payment experience. Here's what we improved:
Better communication between your website and the touchpoint solution
Embedded forms now automatically receive all important information from the page they’re placed on. This ensures:
- Personalised links work reliably
- Prefilled amounts and campaign parameters load correctly, no matter if they are passed on through the iframe or your website's URL
- Supporters always land on the right page and will get redirected to your custom result page after a donation (if you have provided one).
- External payment pages like PayPal or TWINT now always open in the full browser window, preventing errors and improving the payment experience.
Improved experience when supporters click links in emails
If a supporter receives an email with a link to their subscription or payment (e.g., “update payment method”), that link will now:
- Correctly display the right view (on your website)
- work even inside embedded forms
Better support for campaign-specific parameters
Your touchpoint solution embedded on your website can now receive campaign or page-specific settings from either:
- the URL you configure in Solution Embed or
- the URL of the website page where the form is embedded.
For example:
- Prefill a donation amount
- Select a specific campaign
- Apply language or design configurations
- Track the source of the donation
This gives you more flexibility in building custom landing pages and campaigns. More information about using query parameters to customise your form can be found here
More accurate tracking
Each payment now captures the URL of the page where the form is embedded as raisenow_parameters.product.parent_url, helping you better understand where donations come from.
