Process payment schedule updates
Changes made to payment schedules - whether it’s the payment amount or interval - will now automatically be propagated to RaiseNow, ensuring smoother data synchronization. This extends the feature of processing payment schedule updates (deactivation and re-activation) released with v2.1.0.
- For RaiseNow Hub subscriptions changes on interval/frequency and amount are processed.
- For RaiseNow Manager subscriptions only changes on amount are processed.
Not supported changes will result in business processes with state manipulation failed
having an appropriate failure message. Learn more here.
Please be aware that Dynamics MS Nonprofit Accelerator does also allow frequency and interval combinations which are not supported by RaiseNow. Learn more here.

Avoid data clutter by suppressing irrelevant notifications
We've addressed an issue with bulk updates to Donor Commitments in Dynamics. Previously, we were receiving notifications for changes that were not always relevant to RaiseNow, leading to unnecessary noise in the business process monitor. This issue has now been resolved.
