Flow of Funds and Fee Application
RaiseNow offers various ways in which payments made by your supporters find their way to your organisation´s bank account. Depending on the fund flow the way we apply fees varies as well.
Revenue Share Model
The revenue share model is applied through various services offered in collaboration with partners such as Stripe and PayPal. When payments are processed through these partners, the RaiseNow fee is applied directly to each payment, and the RaiseNow share is deducted accordingly. RaiseNow and partner fees are made transparent through the reporting available in Stripe, PayPal and RaiseNow Hub.

Invoicing of Services
For payments processed directly through the bank account of your organisation, as well as for other services such as the creation of Swiss QR and direct debit payment agreements, services are invoiced by RaiseNow to your organisation. Fees attributed to individual payments are applied
- on creation for payment agreements, and
- on transitioning a payment to succeeded for direct debit payments and bank transfers.
All fees can be exported from the RaiseNow Hub.

Payment Facilitation
Currently, RaiseNow offers payment facilitation services in collaboration with TWINT.
When RaiseNow provides payment facilitation services, RaiseNow receives funds for all organisations directly in a collective payout from acquiring partner. By matching RaiseNow payment records with the payout information from the acquiring partner, weekly payouts are calculated for each organisation. Fees attributed to individual payments are calculated on the successful completion of the payment and can be exported from the RaiseNow Hub. In addition, payout reports are provided for each payout.
